We are excited to announce that First Bank CFO Holli McClain has completed the Financial Managers School, co-presented by the Financial Managers Society and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Holli has been with First Bank for nine years, five of those serving as Senior Vice President and CFO.

Read the letter below from Financial Managers School President and CEO Kirby Davidson to our CEO Chuck White recognizing Holli and her achievement.

Congratulations Holli!

Dear Chuck:

We are pleased to call your attention Holli McClain's recent completion of the Financial Managers School. This school is co-presented by the Financial Managers Society and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The program is designed by financial institution CFOs for financial institution financial managers and goes beyond the basics to present best practices and provide the information necessary to build a solid foundation in asset/liability management.

The Financial Managers School brings together some of the financial industry's best instructors to present the concepts and terminology of bank finance and asset/liability management as well as to offer practical implementation tools to profitably manage a financial institution's balance sheet. This interactive learning forum provides real-world solutions to today's most pressing and critical financial management issues.

We commend you and your organization for providing the encouragement and support that made it possible for Holli to attend this year's Financial Managers School. We hope that you will continue to look to GSB to play a major role in meeting the educational needs for your organization's future leadership development.

Thanks again.

Sincerely,
Kirby Davidson
