Community Involvement

Casual for a Cause - 2020 Donations
In 2020, First Bank donated $6,158.51 through our Casual for a Cause fund, supporting charities such as the Wichita Falls Boys & Girls Club, North Texas Pantry, Frisco Fastpacs, Susan G. Komen North Texas, and Operation Santa Claus.

Holiday Support for the Wichita County Child Welfare Board
First Bank employees purchased gifts for more than 25 children in support of the Wichita County Child Welfare Board. The Wichita County Child Welfare Board, with the help of various organizations and businesses in Wichita County, work to provide Christmas gifts for abused and neglected children who are in the legal custody of Child Protective Services.

Casual for a Cause: Susan G. Komen Foundation
First Bank employees raised $898.70 for the Susan G. Komen Foundation through their Casual for a Cause fund as well as breast cancer awareness t-shirts.
Booker T.’s Literacy drive-thru Truck or Treat
First Bank provided a car load for of candy for Booker T.’s Literacy drive-thru Truck or Treat. They had 271 who went through the line and their current enrollment is 289. They had a great turnout!

Keeping Our Kids Safe
With the help of our employees, today we were able to donate more than 1000 masks to our Partners In Education school Booker T. Washington Elementary - Wichita Falls.

Thinking of Those in Need
Employees from our Burkburnett location delivered handwritten notes to residents at Sheridan Medical Lodge and Evergreen Healthcare Center.

Meals on Wheels
Parker County Meals on Wheels were in need of food donations. Karen Sandusky and Janet Martin from our Aledo branch dropped off food items at the local fire department for Meals on Wheels.

Putting customers first means doing everything in our control to help our small businesses succeed. Our staff continues burning the midnight oil to approve as many PPP loans as possible. Our small business customers need us now more than ever. We are committed to helping them succeed.
